By accessing or using TezPravesh Hotel Management Tool (“the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TezPravesh provides hotel management software including but not limited to:
Hotel property management
Guest check-in/check-out & eKYC (ID scan)
Staff attendance & payroll
Booking & channel management
Payment integrations (UPI, cards, gateways)
Reports & analytics
Each hotel is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its login credentials.
Any activity performed under a user account shall be the responsibility of that account owner.
TezPravesh reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of suspicious/fraudulent activity.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or termination.
Hotel guest data, staff records, and financial data entered in the system remain property of the hotel.
TezPravesh only processes this data to provide the service.
Data security is maintained using encryption and industry-standard practices.

You agree not to:
Misuse the platform for unlawful activity.
Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or distribute the software without consent.
Upload harmful code, viruses, or unauthorized integrations.
TezPravesh is not liable for:
Loss of data due to user negligence.
Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
Downtime caused by internet/connectivity issues beyond our control.
TezPravesh may terminate access in case of violation of these terms. Hotels may cancel subscriptions anytime, subject to payment of dues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
