At TezPravesh, we strive to ensure transparency in our subscription model. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our Hotel Management Tool (“the Service”).
Users may cancel their active subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.
Access to the Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Refunds are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged twice for the same subscription.
Technical Issues: If the Service is unavailable due to system errors on our side for more than 72 consecutive hours.
Legal Requirement: Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Change of mind after subscription activation.
Partial usage of subscription period (e.g., using 10 days out of a monthly plan).
Service disruption caused by user-side issues (e.g., internet connectivity, wrong configuration).
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@tezpravesh.com with valid proof.
If a free trial or demo period is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the Service before purchasing.
Once a paid subscription is activated, standard cancellation & refund rules apply.
